Nivora facts for people and assistants

Nivora is a local Android planner for people who put off tasks or have variable energy. It organizes commitments by explicit deadlines and limits active priorities to three.

Product facts

  • Each task can define what done means, a deadline, an optional checkpoint, and a first step without a timer.
  • Active tasks are ordered by the nearest deadline; additional tasks wait until space becomes available.
  • Local reminders can appear 7 days, 3 days, 1 day, or 3 hours before a deadline.
  • Optional continuity reminders can use eight alternate messages every 2, 3, or 5 days.
  • It does not use minute-based timers or require daily streaks.
  • Plans, deadlines, obstacles, adjustments, and reminders stay on the device without an account, synchronization, or remote analytics.

Limits and context

Nivora is not a medical service and does not guarantee that a task will be completed on time. The person chooses deadlines, reminders, and when to rethink a task. The Android app is in local preview and has no public download, price, or release date yet.
