Nivora turns vague tasks into commitments with a date, an outcome, and a next step. The closest deadline comes first.
In development for Android. No public download or announced date.
Nivora does not ask how many minutes you can endure. First, it clarifies what needs doing and by when.
“Done” stops expanding when you describe something observable: reviewed, sent, booked, or delivered.
The deadline is central to the plan, not a secondary label.
A concrete action makes it easier to resume without imposing a timer.
The planner lets you set an earlier checkpoint and optional reminders as the deadline approaches. You can adjust the plan if it stops being realistic.

Nivora keeps up to three priorities active. The others remain in the queue until there is room to bring them forward.
That limit is a design choice to reduce friction, not a clinical dose or universal rule.
Research does not support a single trick against procrastination. Nivora combines clarity, continuity, and optional reminders without claiming one setup works for everyone.

Read the studyDaily SMS support improved outcomes over the control group in that study. Nivora applies the idea through varied, optional reminders.

View on PubMedAn important exclusion: Nivora does not use the 2002 Ariely and Wertenbroch study to justify its deadlines because it was retracted in 2026.
Persistent procrastination can relate to anxiety, depression, ADHD, sleep, stress, or working conditions. Nivora does not identify causes or replace professional assessment or treatment.
What the app does, what it avoids, and where its limits lie.
No. Each task starts with a real deadline. You can add an earlier checkpoint and a concrete first step, but Nivora does not require you to work for a set number of minutes.
No. Nivora includes choices informed by research on procrastination and ongoing support, but it does not diagnose or replace professional care.
